Hello, my name is Katrina Southernwood. I am the daughter of Mathias Kuntz and Sheila Michon, and the granddaughter of Kasper Kuntz and Elizabeth Jordan, Albert Michon, and Marie Verger. Most of those listed have joined the ancestors, including my recently deceased husband, and I honour that I am still grieving the loss of my partner. Kasper was of German descent. The story I grew up hearing is that his family were Germans living in Russia. When the Bolshevik Revolution occurred, Kasper’s grandparents smuggled their children to the United States—a crime for which they were executed. I believe
