Description
I believe mental health is an ever-changing journey and sometimes we need a guide for support. I consider it an honour to be your guide, as we work together to consider the whole person. Together, we explore your needs and the experiences that have shaped you and emotional blocks. I have worked in mental health for 10-years with youth, young adults, adults, families, and those within the 2SLGBTQIA+ population. I specialize in these populations with a focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, stress, suicidal thought, and self-harm. I look forward to hearing your story.

Summary
Welcome to Blooming Rose Therapy! We believe in the importance of connection and growth. We nurture a space to feel comforted and safe as we build understanding towards what is blocking you in fostering change. We support individuals, without judgement, to help them feel at ease while exploring themes of self-esteem, relationship concerns, trauma, familial conflicts, identity, anxiety, depression and grief/loss. We will be your guide as we go beyond emotional blocks of pain. We look forward to building an understanding of self, happiness, and relief as we move through this journey together.
