Nasreen Subdar is a Registered Social Worker with 30 years of clinical experience. She has a special interest in the areas of prenatal and postpartum care, infertility, pregnancy loss and postpartum depression and anxiety, due to both her lived experiences with various losses and the secondary effects of PTSD. She has developed special expertise in offering therapy to victims of violence, discrimination, bullying, compassion fatigue and severe chronic illnesses.Her deep respect for diversity and her culturally sensitive practice end to more ethical and skillful collaborative work with clients.

Summary
We are a team of social workers and psychotherapists working in a fully virtual clinic seeing women, men and couples in Canada. While we see numerous presenting issues, we specialize in working with the perinatal period- infertility, grief, loss, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum transition and issues and providing parenting support. We have training in in maternal, paternal and perinatal mental health and wellbeing. We are currently accepting clients, have evening and limited weekend availability. We also run postpartum, infertility and parenting support groups.
