Heather is a Social Worker who helps guide women through the excitement, anxiety, depression, stress, overwhelm, grief and chaos of fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and motherhood. She works with you to bring gentle and mindful awareness and compassion to the thoughts and emotions that are overwhelming you or keeping you stuck and unable to move along your individual and/or parenting journey. She then works with you to connect you to your own inner-wisdom, build resilience, and access supports, to help you build a healthy mindset and lifestyle for both you and your family.

Summary
We are a team of social workers and psychotherapists working in a fully virtual clinic seeing women, men and couples in Canada. While we see numerous presenting issues, we specialize in working with the perinatal period- infertility, grief, loss, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum transition and issues and providing parenting support. We have training in in maternal, paternal and perinatal mental health and wellbeing. We are currently accepting clients, have evening and limited weekend availability. We also run postpartum, infertility and parenting support groups.
