Bethany has both a Master of Social Work and PhD from the University of Toronto. She has been providing therapy to children and adults since 2005. Working from a trauma informed anti-oppressive client centered perspective, Bethany takes an active learner and change focused stance in alliance with anti-black anti-indigenous racism and is LGBTQ2S+ affirmative. Her practice approach is influenced by, Relational Psychodynamics, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and takes an emotion and attachment focused approach to individual and family therapy.
