Berg Counselling caters exclusively to individual adults in Ontario, Alberta, and Nova Scotia. Joshua's goal is to enhance his client's mental health and overall well-being through virtual and in-person sessions in St. Catharines. Joshua is a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist who uses science-based practices to provide effective support. At Berg Counselling, Joshua aims to create a safe and supportive environment where people can explore their emotions and history without judgement or stigma.
