I am a MSW, RSW, is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) (Reg #834150) and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW). I am experienced in providing psychotherapy and psychoeducation for clients with serious physical and mental health challenges, including mental health crises. I am trained in variety of counselling modalities, including Trauma Informed Therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative and Brief Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and more.
