I am passionate about helping my clients, my people, overcome the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, negative thinking, difficulties having connected and meaningful relationships. I use research-informed counselling therapies based on what you need. I am a Registered Social Worker with a Masters Degree and Clinical Specialization. I have two Bachelors degrees and started counselling individuals, families, children and teens in schools in 2008. Over the past 12 years I have been practicing in the area of child and family mental health, caregiver burnout, family relationships, marital stress
