I have worked in health care for the last 23 years. For 17 of those years, I worked at St. Josephs Healthcare Hamilton where I was employed as the Clinical Supervisor for Womankind Addiction Services, managed in-patient, and out-patient mental health services, was instrumental in starting the first fully integrated in-patient Concurrent Disorder program in Canada, and the Rapid Access Addiction Medicine Program (RAAM). For my last 4 years at St. Josephs Health Care Hamilton I worked as the Director of Acute Mental Health Services overseeing Womankind, Coast and more
