Description
I am a registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work degree. Over the past 16 years, I have had the pleasure of working with adults, children, youth and families; supporting a wide range of need through individual, family and group therapy sessions. I am down to earth and approach my clients with compassion, a sense of humour and a realistic mindset. I employ a client centred approach that encompasses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TFCBT), narrative therapy, strengths based and solution focus modalities.
