I am a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist and hold a Doctoral in Policy Studies and a Master of Social Work degree. I am a passionate mental health advocate and have an in-depth understanding of various psychotherapy modalities including trauma Informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Solution Focused Therapy. I specialize in treating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and addictions issues.
