Description
I am a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience providing support to adults, children and youth. Throughout my career I have helped support clients through a wide range of issues including: anxiety, trauma, addictions, bullying, human trafficking, sexual violence, and depression. I use a strengths based approach to guide my therapeutic interventions and empower clients to reach their goals. I have advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solutions Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
