I have been trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and I utilize these from a Strength Based and Trauma Informed Perspective. As a first generation Punjabi Sikh immigrant, I can validate and truly honour the ups and downs that come from navigating diverse cultures and the impact that has on our mental health.
