Description
I offer individual virtual counselling, psychotherapy and mindfulness training services. I specialize in working with people who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress and burnout, as well as with cancer survivors or their family members. My goal is to help my clients overcome challenges, find meaning and live life gracefully. Mindfulness is an integral part of my personal and professional practice.
