Summary
B Healthy Counselling specializes in individual and couples counselling for 18+. Individual counselling can allow for clients to better cope with increased life stressors, worsening anxiety, depression, struggles with guilt and managing anger. Couples counselling can allow for clients to learn improved communication skills using the Gottman method. Perinatal Counselling focuses on supporting clients with infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum and postpartum mood and anxiety disorder. In office and virtual appointment available. Evening and some Saturday appointments available.
