Description
As a Registered Social Worker and the founder of Aworie, I focus my personal counselling practice on LGBTQ+ issues, body confidence, trauma/PTSD and self-esteem improvement. Some of the areas I address in individual counselling include how to maintain and strengthen self-confidence, enhance self-compassion, and improve relationships. I understand that seeking help can be difficult, so I endeavour to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible. In doing so, they are able to explore the challenges they face in a safe and supportive environment.
