Therapy can be a daunting thing to consider, especially when dealing with grief. Grief changes us in an instant, sneaking in and building a home in facets of our lives that we least expect. Grieving is not meant to be experienced in isolation. Let's work together so I can support you through your grief journey. I offer a space for you to process the mess and find ways to cope with the new reality that grief has presented. I am here to witness, validate, and guide you into your next as a griever.
