Teresa is a Registered Social Worker and has been in the mental health field for over 6 years holding various roles. She has supported clients with a wide range of needs including complex trauma, substance misuse, parent-teen conflict, caregiver support, domestic violence, family and spousal conflict, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and more. Teresa has a strong focus on trauma informed therapeutic relationships to best support her clients, while also taking into account the environmental and lifestyle factors that often impact mental health.

We offer mental health therapy and other wellness services including massage and reiki to promote the healing of the body, mind and spirit. When we are experiencing grief, loss, trauma and other physical and mental health challenges, it can feel overwhelming. The process of healing is a journey that involves self exploration, personal growth and skill development.
