Description
Rupa Ray is a Registered Social Worker (MSW RSW) with over five years of experience supporting clients with a variety of concerns including complex trauma/PTSD, family/parenting issues, depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and suicidal ideation. She is passionate about providing trauma informed care that is culturally sensitive and anti-oppressive in her approach. Rupa offers mental health therapy to children (10+), youth, adults, seniors, couples and families. Rupa is honoured to be an ally of the BIPOC, 2SLGBTQIAP and Indigenous communities.

We offer mental health therapy and other wellness services including massage and reiki to promote the healing of the body, mind and spirit.
