We all face challenges and sometimes need support to navigate them. I help people manage everyday stressors and heal from past experiences, providing a space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change. I enjoy working with those who are curious about themselves, seek to shift from blame and shame toward self-compassion and deeper connection—both with themselves and others.

I commonly support clients working through relational trauma, anxiety, self-doubt, worry, and depression. If you'd like to explore new ways of understanding and caring for yourself, I’m here to help. In-person available.
