I believe that everyone carries their own unique experiences and stories. This is why my therapeutic approach to therapy is grounded in being collaborative, relational, and client-centered. Ariel Weber's goal is to create a safe space where you are free to be your most authentic self. Areas of expertise include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), CBT for Insomnia, and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT). Beyond my specialities, I often borrow from other therapeutic modalities including Internal Family Systems, mindfulness and somatic-based practices and I am skilled at working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, acute stress, trauma, sleep difficulties, and life transitions.
