I offer therapy for many issues, some of which include: anxiety, depression, stress/burnout, low self-esteem, and loneliness. I strive to provide the most nonjudgmental space for you to share your thoughts and feelings. Together we will develop a therapy plan to best address your needs. I utilize CBT, DBT, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness therapy approaches in my practice.
