Description
Services are client-centred, experience-oriented, and embodied with a focus on the expressive arts. Arts engagement (EXA) deepens understanding and accesses client resources that support healing and create clarity. You don't need experience or "talent" to benefit as EXA heals the self through the simple lens of play. It includes resourcing the body through mindfulness and other somatic interventions, using the comfort and wisdom inherent in same. The arts present a "bottom up" approach to experiences that may yet have no words, especially effective for emotional regulation and healing trauma.
