I work alongside you to offer non-judgmental compassionate support during your fertility journey, pregnancy, postpartum period, and transition to parenthood. We work together to build skills and strategies to manage mood, anxiety symptoms, and the experience of overwhelm, stress, relationship and identity transitions. I am empathetic and passionate about bringing meaningful services and opportunities for growth and healing. I have specialized training in perinatal anxiety and depression, OCD, birth trauma, birth story processing, and certification in perinatal grief and loss.
