Description

Raised on the homeland of the Mi'kmaq and Beothuk, Amy calls the island of Ktaqmkuk, known as Newfoundland, her first home. Since 2012, she has resided on Treaty 8 Territory, the ancestral land of the Cree, Dene, Dane-zaa (Beaver), and Métis.

Amy practices using a holistic approach to therapy. When needed, she combines therapy with support in navigating government services, healthcare and education systems, and community resources.

Amy prioritizes mental health care that is strengths-based and trauma-informed. No matter your circumstance, she would be honoured to hear your story.
