Description

Amber Sperling is a Social Worker, Psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience providing mental health treatment in various settings. She specializes in Perinatal Mental Health and Trauma.

Clients express appreciation for Amber's client-centred approach, beginning by defining goals and building skills and resources for managing distress. Amber believes distressing experiences can be transformed into memories instead of carried as the defining piece of your identity. Anxiety and depression do not need to be barriers to long-term wellness, and evidence-based treatments are available.
