If this is your first time seeking out a therapist or if you've done this before, it is always my aim to work alongside you, at your individual pace. I collaborate with young people, adults, and couples dealing with stress, anxiety and low mood, relationship struggles, experiences of grief and loss, or even when things just don't feel right.
