Description
Within the therapy space, I strive for a supportive and casual environment for those seeking support in working through feelings of shame, guilt, and resentment. My integrative and anti-oppressive practice pulls from acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), internal family systems (IFS), dyadic developmental psychotherapy (DDP), and narrative approaches that work toward creating space from your stories and view them from a new perspective. My role as a therapist is to be a curious observer of your life path through a gentle, curious, and playful therapy style.
