My name is Amanda LeForte (she/her) and I am honoured to live, work, and play in Regina on Treaty 4 territory and homeland of the Metis Nation. I have a MSW and am registered with SASW. I use a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to provide support for anxiety, depression, stress, family issues, parenting support, and much more. I work with children, youth, and adults.
