Adrienne is a registered social worker and accredited family mediator with nearly 20 years in the field working with adults, couples, families, and co-parents. Areas of expertise include: Anxiety; panic; perfectionism; low mood; relationship difficulties; couples; co-dependency; co-parenting; identity and life transitions; self-esteem; and personal growth and authenticity. Adrienne practices from an attachment, relational, and neurobiological perspective and is formally trained in various treatment approaches including CBT, DBT, IFS, EFIT, EFT, and Developmental Model.
