Description

Are you feeling overwhelmed and exhausted by trying to meet your own high standards and other people's expectations? 

If perfectionism or people pleasing are causing you to suffer, you're not alone. I use a mindfulness-based approach that can help you set achievable goals and create personal limits. 

I understand the courage it takes to ask for help and the importance of finding the right therapist. If it sounds like I might be a good fit, please reach out! 

I work with adults (18+) who live in Ontario. All sessions are virtual, either by secure video or phone.

Instead of being consumed by worries and difficult feelings, a mindfulness-based approach can help you find balance in your life and feel more like yourself.

For those with ADHD, I offer coaching that can help with organization, prioritizing, managing distractions, and problem-solving.

All sessions are virtual (video or phone) for residents of Ontario.
