Registered Social Worker B.A.A., B.S.W., M.S.W., R.S.W. INDIVIDUAL AND COUPLE COUNSELLING AGES: Teens (13-17), Young Adults (18-24) and Adults, Seniors Anna’s approach to therapy is focused on building equitable relationships where people can share openly, explore new perspectives, and take emotional risks. She respects what people bring to the process and will collaborate with them to use approaches and interventions that match with their preferences, values and goals.

Summary
At A Holding Place, our counsellors offer individual, couple and family counselling. We work with adults, adolescents and children to help deal with a variety of issues. We offer our clients a warm, welcoming and safe space to get the support they need. No matter where you are in Newfoundland and Labrador, you can meet with one of our clinicians for telephone or video counselling sessions. We are open and we are taking new clients. We offer in person sessions and virtual, by video and telephone. If you need to talk, we can help. To set up an appointment, you can email, call or book online
