My name is Cheryl Pedler and I am the In-Store Registered Dietitian at the Zehrs stores in LaSalle & Kingsville. Whether you are looking to manage/prevent chronic disease, improve your relationship with food or integrate healthy lifestyle habits, I work with my clients to help them reach their personal health and nutrition goals focusing on making changes that last! Your diet should not only be nutritious but one that you enjoy. This will look different for everyone, which is why I encourage my clients to take charge of their health and make positive but individualized behaviour change.
