Clients that I work with have improved their relationship with food, where no foods are off-limits, all foods fit a healthy lifestyle; also improved their digestive issues, managed their blood sugars, blood pressure, and cholesterol. I also assisted people with infertility issues and helped numerous parents with feeding their little ones, stress-free! I love food and nutrition science! I believe that small gradual changes are the key to success; aligned with patience and positive attitude. My unique non- diet approach provides advice which are realistic, easy to implement and sustainable.
