Kelly is passionate about helping other lead healthier happier lives. She believes building a healthier diet is about the foods you add in, not what you take out. With a weight-inclusive, all-foods-fit approach she supports her clients in making sustainable changes for a healthier life. She meets clients where they are at with nutrition education, goal setting, meal planning, and grocery shopping. Specialties include starting solids & picky eating, weight management, meal planning, and healthy eating for disease prevention and management.
