Description
Hannah has always been passionate about food - eating it and learning about it! She completed my Nutrition Degree at the University of Saskatchewan. Prior to studying nutrition, Hannah completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan and her Personal Training Certification through the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP)! Hannah specializes in disordered eating and food relationships. She helps clients build trusting and nourishing relationships with food and offers support for clients recovering from anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia, and more.
