Hi, I'm Christie! I help parents to feel confident when feeding their kids everyone can enjoy happy mealtimes. I help kids learn how to try new foods without pressure or stress.

Meal times may be less than enjoyable because you are stressed about getting the right food on the table and into everyone’s tummies. I involve the entire family and consider everyone's needs & preferences. We take small steps towards finding your confidence and support you in learning how and what to serve at meals. 

I work with The Nutrition Room and have my own business called Nutrition Starts
