Description
My passion lies in digestive and women’s health, and I'm actively involved in research to advance nutrition knowledge and treatment in both areas. As an advocate for cultural competency within dietetic practice, I also work with patients to explore different ways to incorporate their unique cultural food practices into their dietary lifestyle. My approach to nutrition emphasizes the importance of evidence-based nutrition practices while also embracing food traditions. I aim to provide holistic and personalized care that resonates with each individual I work with.
