Five years ago, my three children and I were diagnosed with ADHD. Since then, it has been my mission to assist individuals with ADHD and other mental health challenges, helping them improve their well-being through nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes. I'm a Brain Health Registered Dietitian specializing in optimizing cognitive function. I help clients regain control of their health by addressing brain fog, memory concerns and overall cognitive well-being through nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My goal is to support a sharper mind, better focus and long-term brain health.
