You will leave our 1st session with defined goals, actions to achieve those goals, and optional personalized weekly meal plan to get you started. I specialize in eating for fitness and endurance training, macro diet plans, heart healthy eating to reduce blood pressure, cholesterol, and inflammation, FODMAP, plant based diets (vegetarian, vegan, and flexitarian) and intermittent fasting.
