I work with clients using a non-diet approach, which means that I focus on health-promoting behaviours instead of weight or the scale. I work with you to help you improve your relationship with food by ditching diet culture, so that you can enjoy all foods without guilt and feel your best - nourishing your body and soul! 

I am also trained in the low FODMAP diet for IBS through Monash University and work with clients to manage their Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Determining your triggers can be challenging - I am here to help you navigate the low FODMAP diet and find symptom relief.
