Farnoosh Fakoorziba is a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a passion for counselling and education She completed a dietitian internship at Toronto Metropolitan University and has additional certifications in Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Practice and Guiding Clients from Disordered Eating. Farnoosh has over 5 years of experience in seniors’ health, as well as in primary care settings supporting clients in chronic disease management including prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, fatty liver, and weight management.
