Description
Navigating nutrition in and around pregnancy can be an overwhelming experience. As a registered dietitian, I'm passionate about working with new and expectant mothers or families to provide support in order to ensure that all of your nutrition needs are being met. At PUSH - Mama Care, I specialize in nutrition for women's health and pediatrics using a non-diet approach. Specific topics of focus include prenatal nutrition, postnatal nutrition, infant nutrition, and pediatrics. We offer services in both individual nutrition counselling, as well as group workshops.
