Description
Hi, I’m Serena! I believe there’s an easier way with food… a way that doesn’t include food rules, restricting yourself or obsessing over food. A way that helps you tune into your body’s cues, eat intuitively and enjoy food. Through principles of intuitive eating and mindfulness, I will help you rediscover the pleasure and satisfaction from food. Whatever your goals may be, I'll help you reconnect with your body and eating experience for true nourishment.
