Vineet is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and a neuroscientist, passionately working to help her clients find freedom in food. She examines how diet is affected by thoughts, feelings, and circumstances to help her clients achieve their health and wellness goals by developing intuitive connections between food, body, and mind. Vineet individualizes her nutrition counseling to fit her client's unique health conditions and often busy lifestyles. Vineet prides herself in being a weight inclusive practitioner and believes that health is attainable at any weight, shape, or size.
