Hi! I'm Laura Goodwin, a private practice dietitian in beautiful Collingwood, Ontario. I'm passionate about helping my clients feel their best and I love working together to reach health and nutrition goals! I worked as a clinical dietitian in a hospital for 15 years, so I have experience with almost every nutrition-related concern, including heart health and cholesterol management, gut health, weight loss, weight gain, neurological disorders, diabetes, cancer and overall healthy eating.
