Description
I am passionate about inspiring families to feel confident about nutrition and bringing joy back into eating. I offer virtual and in person nutrition counselling and services in the specialized areas of pediatric nutrition, food allergy management and eating disorders. I also provide regular support for residential care, community care and assisted living facilities with menu review to meet regulation requirements. In my free time, you will find me spending time outdoors with my family and in the kitchen trying out a new recipe with my little one!
