Making small changes to what foods you choose can make a huge difference to your health in the long term, food can be very powerful! I am an anti-diet and weight inclusive dietitian, which means I don't prescribe restrictive diets, and I don't believe that weight = health. Everyone deserves for food to be a pleasure in life!
