Description

Sarah graduated from Acadia University with a Bachelor’s in Nutrition Science followed by the integrated dietetic practicum at Acadia.

Sarah utilizes a comprehensive approach to nutritional counselling to provide evidence-based recommendations based on an individual’s unique needs. She believes this approach helps create sustainable changes to one’s diet. Her special areas of interest include intuitive and mindful eating, weight management, nutrition for healthy aging, chronic disease management, and vegetarian/plant-based diets. Sarah also has an interest in women’s health concerns.

Summary

We offer a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to treating pain and dysfunction of the neuromusculoskeletal system. With a variety of health professionals available at our Saint John clinic, including Chiropractors, Physiotherapists & Massage Therapists, we can help meet the specific needs of our patients all under one roof. Our goal is to help individuals in our community achieve their best health, and empower them to be able to do the things that are important to them.
