I have been a registered dietitian for over 16 years, helping people take charge of their health and create a more positive relationship with food and body. 

I provide nutrition counselling for people of all ages and stages of life, from pre-natal to palliative. I can help with any nutrition-related health condition, but specialize in obesity management, gut disorders, pediatric feeding, and eating disorders.

Summary

We are a health and wellness clinic and have a team of social workers, psychotherapists, dietians & natropauthic doctors who are available to support you with your health needs. Individual (children, youth & adults), couples and family therapy available. ND & RD services for all ages. All services are provided via phone or secure video across Ontario. Daytime, evenings and weekend appts available. All of the clinicians offer free 15 mins consultations to ensure a good fit. We have IMMEDIATE openings-same and next day appointments are avaliable.
